    I have been waiting for 3 months for resolution on an Aer Lingus refund claim. The closest I got was one month ago when I received an email telling me not to write again as they are dealing with a lot of enquiries. No further updates since then. As someone who runs luxury hotels, and I know my guests have a choice. Does Aer Lingus really not care about their customers, because I also have a choice!

      It is terrible! I got an email like you telling me not to write again! Tried calling Dublin airport and the girl there told me they (Are Lingus web help desk) cannot contact customer service either…..how flipping convenient! I am suppose to be refunded for a flight and car rental due to Are Lingus canceling flight…..awful service!

    I have called the USA phone number for help with a disability concerning a flight from Boston to Dublin on may 5 , 2007. I have called multiple times on various days without ever getting anybody on the phone. I have held for up to 45 minutes each time. I am convinced nobody works there. Please note I can document all the calls since they have been made on my cell phone. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER?

    After purchasing a Business Class Ticket in March for a flight from Newark to Dublin in August, I checked in and after a 4 hour delay tried to board. Was told by gate agent my seat had been cancelled and resold. “Maybe” they could find a coach seat. They did, but to further punish me, lost my luggage. Appeared about 24 hours later.
    No apology from Aer Lingus, no refund, only a series of computer-generated e-mails stating that they would get to my email and don’t write again.
    This is Irish service, I suppose. Instead of dragging me out of my seat, they refused to let me on.
