  4. three or four days after you took my money, five (5) hours three different days total and I still do not have an account number, purchase order number and or a receipt for the order I tried to make??? I spoke to several phone people, at least two supervisors, and until today they could not find my order. Some of the people that answered the phone refused to do anything unless I GAVE THEM THE ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PURCHASE ORDER MONEY??? THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND Sears direct? did not give me any thing or send me anything / You took the money out my bank account the day this mess started?? This not all of the story of being treated like an outcast.
    IS THIS THE NORMAL WAY “SEARS” DOES WORK.??

  5. Receiving service from Sears has become a total nightmare. Appointments are not kept and changed without a call to the customer. Service that used to be coordinated so customers would be able to have everything done on the same day exist no more. You are lucky if they split the work between two days, especially since they are most likely to reschedule without notice after you have been waiting the entire service window time.

    Service plans are charged that should not be because there is a severe language issue with the employees and their own understanding of what plans provide. Sears is presently refusing to correct their error of charging me for two plans(Maintenance and Home Warranty). I thought and was led to believe the money would be used for an additional year of the maintenance service plan that I originally had on my appliances. Their systems are not even communicating with each other. When I call in to Service Warranty they can see both plans and acknowledge the error. When you call the Home Warranty Department they say they cannot see the other plan. When you call to arrange or schedule service you have to deal with the same issues. The agents keep confusing the plan that should be in place and refuse to work on solving the problem.

    I have been a Sears appliance owner for 39 years and lived with my mother who used and brought the same. I would have never thought Sears would provide such poor service to its customers. What was once the best is now one of if not the worse.

    Sears need to do something to take care how poorly their customers are being treated and serviced by their representatives. It is truly criminal to have people pay for something they can never get, respectful, good, and honest service.,
