I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE AMOUNT OF MY STORAGE STARTING IN 02/01/18 AFTER MANY YEARS OF USING YOUR VACILITY ON STEMMONS EXPRESSWAY, LEWIVILLE,TX. TODAY I WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD BEEN PAYING $2 SHORT FOR 2 MONTHS AND CORP. HAD PLACED A LATE FEE ON MY ACCOUNT. I ALWAYS PAID AN ENTIRE MONTH AHEAD FOR MULTIPLE REASONS AND I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THE LATE FEE THAT HAD BEEN PLACED. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON, WHO WAS VERY RUDE, APRUPT, IMPATIENT, TALKING DOWN TO ME WHEN ASKING ABOUT THE ISSUSES AND ACCUSED ME OF BEING THE ONE WHO DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE WHILE TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER. REPEATLY I INQUIRED HOW MUCH I ACTUALLY OWED TO GET MY ACCOUNT CURRENT AND SHE REPEATLY KEPT STATING THAT SHE HAD EXPLAINED, WHICH IF SHE HAD I MISSED IT. WHEN ASKING TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR SHE BECAME VERY LOUD AND EVEN MORE ABRUPT, SLAMMING THE RECEIVER WHICH EVENTUALLY DID ALLOW ME TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WHICH I DID LEAVE A HEATED MESSAGE ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR. I AM A NURSE AND SOMEHOW MANAGE TO SAVE LIVES DAILY BUT WAS UNABLE ACCORDING TO HER TO COMPREHENDHOW MUCH I OWED YOU TO MAKE MY ACCOUNT CURRENT.
