  1. I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO A CORPORATE SUPERVISOR AT THE SOONEST CONVENIENCE IN REGARDS TO ONGOING ISSUES WITH MY ROUTER FOR THE LAST 9 MONTHS. I WILL BE LOKING FORWARD TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES WITH THE HELP OF A PROFESSIONAL OF A WIDELY POPULAR AND WELL KNOWN COMPANY/BUSINESS/MANUFACTURER, WITH THE AUTHORITY TO PRIORITIZE THESE ISSUES.

  2. Dear Sir, I am using your products for many years, I installed AC3000 in my Vancouver property last year. Recently, I would like to install another RBK53+RBK50 in my Taichung, Taiwan house. The TW agent only provides Telephone Services, even can’t contract out to install the units.
I am very disappointed/ frustrated with the Service here. I hope you can solve this problems in futures and sorry for not buying your products.

  3. I want to speak to Patrick Lo. I want know why I am being given the runaround on a router. I jumped through all the hoops with your RMA and shipping and still have to deal with a bunch of idiots who do nothing but lie about calling you back. Patrick Lo makes millions ever year and you treat your customers like this over a $200 router

  4. Good Afternoon
I have sung the praises of my Arlo to many friends… however that has now changed…. This is the second camera that has stopped working in the 7 months I have owned it.
The first camera was replaced… now another camera has stopped working… changing batteries has not resolved the problem. It fails to hook up to the router. Blue light stays lit…
The second problem is getting to speak to someone. What ever happened to the Customer Service or is it that you just don’t care about the customer once the product is bought……
I feel your product is good in theory but extremely poor in operation and support….
I paid over $400.00. There are many other products on the market able to do the same thing which had I known the poor quality of your item, I would have purchased.
    A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

  5. I have a connectivity issue with my router that support says they can fix easily. The issue is they want me to buy a one year warranty for $149.00 when the router cost $79.99 retail. Your support team acts more like a selling team as I was asked 7 times to purchase this in a call a little over a hour long. If it’s that easy to repair why isn’t customer service their top priority? I also don’t know how a connectivity issues happens overnight and it is my issue to handle. Isn’t connectivity the reason I bought the router in the first place? I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this situation.

  6. The above comment is accurate, prescient, indicative of the commercial degradation of once-great Netgear. A modem which would not connect to internet on Spectrum resulted in 2 hours of absurd calls with incompetent, rude reps in India who both disconnected when asked for a supervisor. After much bureaucratic paperwork including downloading pdf of sales receipt, filling numerous forms, I finally reached a superbly competent, well spoken engineer who explained the issue was not incompatibility or an artifact but previous security invasions which could be fixed by cleaning my computer and purchasing a $149 contract (how coincidental!) although he truly recommended the value contract for over $300. This from Netgear? except the phone numbers turn out to be a third party “tech support” company associated with Netgear. This does not negate Netgear’s excellence in design and manufacture but badly reflects on their unethical corporate behavior. Motorola and Arris devices both worked at far less cost.

  7. Your products are crap and your “tech support” is worse. Now I’m stuck with a $140 PAPER WEIGHT. NEVER will I buy a netgear product again.

  8. Recently purchased the Netgear router AC1200 and had to contact support to get it set up.
I finally got it completed and working properly.
Now customer service keeps contacting me via email endlessly. Today I got four emails wanting my opinion on the service.
I filled out the request but it appears no one has read it so the emails are endless which I now place in junk.
Is this how you operate a business even after I called and asked to have the emails stopped??

  9. Your online ordering, your website and your customer service is beyond pitiful. Trying to get anyone to answer, to get anyone who cares enough the do their job, to get any satisfactory result is
IMPOSSIBLE. i AM BEYOND THE BOILING POINT WITH NETGEAR.
But if you think I will give up after you have my $299 you are sadly mistaken. A letter will be going to Patrick Lo and for those that do no know who he is. HE IS YOUR CEO.
