    I have had a lot of issues with the engine performance with my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and it only has 55,000 miles.

    On October 11, 2016, I drove my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to the dealer, at South Coast Mitsubishi, 2480 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA 92626-3911, requesting the dealer do a full inspection to the engine.

    I never received any phone calls; neither received any written information from the South Coast Mitsubishi dealer, to tell me about the results of the inspection I requested.

    Tired of waiting for the dealer’s results of the full inspection, on December 23, I went to pick up my car. To my surprise the dealer wants a payment of 3,000 dollars for labor that I never authorized.

    I need your help to resolve this problem with my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, VIN # 4A4AP5AU1DE020449, and LICENSE PLATE NBF 165. I am very frustrated and devastated with these problems with no one to give me a satisfactory result.

  3. I have a complaint about my friend who bought a car which was sold for new and found out it was in an accident the co. made her pay a stocking fee to be able to give back the car. She lost 5000.00 down plus over 1165.65 stocking fee 546.99 in car payments. The mechanic who told her the car had been in an accident worked for Mitsubishi and is no longer working there. My friend told Debbie who sold her the car that if she told the dealership the mechanic told her the car was in an accident that he would be fired. Well he no longer works there but never put it in writing so she has no proof. She is 84 years old and this was her retirement money. How can a company hold their heads up and be proud of what they did to a senior citizen. I told her she needed to go to channel 13 and expose the people who cheated her. I would like to see you all do right by her.
