  1. I have unsuccessfully been trying to contact Eric Chung, Mgr of Fido Head office at 1866 397 3436 to discuss my incorrect billing and confirmation #s plus IDs of reps I have talked to since April/16.

    I thought everything was successfully rectified. Yet my new billing shows $197 instead of $61.90 less $20 already paid.

    I feel I’ve been royally lied to. Am frustrated in expending numerous hours rectifing my Fido situation.

    Eric Chung had successfully helped me in the past when there were errors made.

Im a chater phone line user, I did receive fido offer by a phone call last week then after I except them offer ,i decided not join fido service so I didnt activate the sim card which I receive by mail,so how fido company charged me without use them service,Im traying to talk with any customer service but nobody answer me

    I tried more than 100 times to call you but no body answer.   5. the worst . no more paper billing . i’m never in front of my computer. soooo in convenient. you can really tell fido is part of the rogers group. totally shit.
