    I bought a samsung UN32EH5000F – 32″ LED on 01/02/15 from you, receipt no., # : 000013-582223-702022-637173-731451-209 0517 019 4723 01/02/15 @ 16:51 00088476 for a total cost of USDs 249.54. Though it has international warranty, the samsung service stations in Tamil Nadu (my home state), India, are not prepared to do the required service, and instead, asking me to approach the service stations in the united states. It is not working for quite sometime. I request you to give me the refund immediately, and also reimburse the customs duty I paid for it, here, in India, Rs., 5,047/- i.e., 79 USDs in today’s value. The total value is 328.5 USDs. Upon your request I will send my bank details. If advised, I will hand it over to your local agents here in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. After a detailed enquiry only I bought it.

    on july 15 we went to best buy on g-3660 i purchased a sony head set for my television at home.I went home and tired to install it. i opened it the batteries were missing so i drove back to the store which is 12 mi one way ,went in told my story to the sale person what had happened he really didn’t care to hear what i had to say ,i told him that I was very upset,he said go over and pick out another one, the first one i bought was defective ,that is why i returned it.So i went over to the tv dept i then purchased a magnolia head set, the other reason was they never told me that the sony head set was not compatible with my digital optical audio cable . so all and all i drove 50 miles , which is why i’m sending off this email to you folks,i work in the retail business also ,And i would never treat a customer like that .They didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience ,I have buying for many years from best buy.

  3. I went into the Best Buy store in Lewisville, Texas on hwy. 35 on Sep.13 and purchased a gift. While I was in the store I wanted to look at televisions, I found a salesman and told him I was interested in a Sony. He pointed to the wall and said that is what we have. I bought one and paid for the delivery, installation, and Geek Squad. When it was delivered two guys showed up, and they were a third party. Not what I requested or paid for when I made
    my purchase. I have never seen a more inept pair in my life. They said you need a certain cable because you have Fios and I did not. They told me they could not program the remote and I said either program it or take it back to the store at that point. Well, they called Fios three times before they could get it. Long story short they were in my house from 1:15 until after 4:00 o’clock.
    Just to install a t.v. To make matters worse I was told if I had purchased another Sony other than the one I bought I would have a much better picture. The sales person did not tell me that. Now I guess I’m stuck with what I bought. I am not happy
    with Best Buy at all. I could have gone to WalMart and saved money and agravation.
