The ambank in kk branch segunting was worse process service.this is the third time i come for open an account as i have a housing loan with ambank islamlic.evertime icome ,i fail to open the acc.why?i press no and wait the Q. but the countet 11,12 always let other customer not in the Q.i wait almost one hour also not my turn.why i need open an account have to wait so long.but they serve other customer not in the Q first.

    I would like to make a feedback here, I went to ATM machine to transfer my money to 3rd party account on 1/03/2016 @ 15:30pm with details descriptions interbank Giro ATM into account CIMB using AMbank IBG transfer. FYI, during the transaction, there will no receipt provides by the machine on the time as usual as like the others bankers transaction that we have in Malaysia that there was suppose to have receipt or bank mini bank statement to proof the transaction, But im very frustrated with your service, that i already lodge complaint a few weeks ago that i just only can get response from your officer that they could not provide me the details of transaction i made to 3rd part account (how i was supposed to proof the transaction is already clear due to no details of the account number to 3rd party account? even though my bank statement view the amount already been deducted to which account? my problem is:
    1) why there is no number account of 3rd party reveal through my bank statement?
    2) if the money have been deducted from my account, where is the source? no details provided unable us to retrive the transaction.especially to 3rd party account (is very important to proof the money is deducted to the right account number)
    Please consider to look into this matter as i already wait for almost 1 months to settle my problem but no answer from your side to verify the status until now.
    I want to hear feedback from your side pertaining my case. Thank you.

  6. I wanted to withdraw cash from AMBANK Setia Alam ATM Saturday 10/9/2016 with my BIMB card. Everything proceeded normally. After I took my card out of machine upon the message to remove the card on the screen and waited for cash RM300 only but cash did not come out. But the receipt came out saying that cash was already out. Please, look into the matter. The deatail of receipt is as follws:

  7. Last 2 days.. Saya ada buat transaction via Ambank Online.. Baki dalam akaun saya adalah RM880. Saya buat fund transfer ke akaun RHB : RM650.
    And today saya ingin membuat other transaction. Saya check balance hanya tinggal RM146.

    Saya ada keluarkan duit RM50 di machine atm 7E Taman Melati, pada 29/12/2016
    Kad saya keluar, tapi duit tak keluar.
    dalam masa yang sama, baki akaun saya juga berkurang sebanyak RM50.
    Saya berharap agar pihak AmBank dapat tolong saya selesaikan masalah ini secepat mungkin.

  9. nk tnye boleh ke towing tarik kereta pada cuti umum dan cuti weekend ad ke hakta yg tulis mcm tu dan bile kereta ditarik dgn siapa pulak mereka nk report yg kereta dh ditarik sedangkan bank close so pihak owner kne buat polis report ke memang surat tarik dh kluar tapi cuti umum dan cuti weekends pihak bank tutup dan adakah pihak owner perlu bayar kos penarikan sedangkan takde lagi hakta undang2 membenarkan towing menarik kerete pada waktu cuti tolong bagi penjelasan

  10. I’ve been asking for housing loan redemption statement since 03 Nov’16 and as at today AM Bank unable to explain how the excess of RM 20k chargeable for withdrawing services from AM Bank. This takes me more than 4 months and yet to be resolved and answered to my queries. Is this the bank tactic to drag customer from withdrawing their services???? This makes me very frustration and the duty officer keeps on telling that will check and revert for almost a week with no solid answer. Committed to call back but every time failed.
    They are not allow let me talk to next level or related department.
    Anyone from AMBANK can look into this? This is really spoiled AMBANK reputation.

  11. Similar with the problem many customers encounter, I tried to withdrew money from an ATM machine and an error message popped up, the money did not come out but after checking, the amount has been deducted from my account.

  13. Silver X shop in Summit USJ (game.shop) argued that debit/credit card usage 2% charge should take by customers. This was few times cases and finally I’m doing this complaint to Ambank.He claimed that he’s using Ambank credit card system. Hope action would be taken if not have to complain to BNM for further action.
