I’ve called yesterday(spoken to Anusha & Abby) and today(spoken to Fairus) at your toll free number regarding my expiry card of Gold Visa 4293 1326 9032 2770 for reactivation and replacement, they promised to call me back, until now no reply at all.   3. I have not receive my e statement bill for this month.
    The next time the statement come, I will be bill as late payment.
    This not fare as the bank just want to make easy money out of my pocket. I have not miss my monthly payment.
    The customer service centre is very difficult to get through with computer answering machine asking to do so many things, after one button to another button and waste of time…
    How can I get my e statement with so many steps and question. Last time they send me the statement thru post.???

  11. Salam sejahtera. saya mempunyai masalah dengan smart partnership moto. Saya dah lama terminate smart partnership moto pada tahun lepas. Tetapi kenapa bulan 6 haritu smart partnership moto tiba-tiba memotong dari card credit saya dengan jumlah yang amat tinggi dan card credit saya sudah over limit dan tidak boleh mnggunakan card tersebut. sila bagi penjelasan.

  13. Perhatian untuk cancelation insurans smartpartner ship MOTO. Saya sudah buat request utk cancelation dari bulan jun lagi. Tapi nampaknya pihak marketing insurans ambank tidak memberi kerjasama. Saya tidak teragak-agak lapor kepada Bank Negara Malaysia

Hi..i aslo have same problem..i call card ctr to cancel it on june 2016..till now they still charge my cc..i called every month after inreceived my statement but no action were taken..the answers they do is..we will email the insurance..but yet no action were done..is there any way to deal with it?

  14. same thing happens to me..i don’t even remember accepting the plan and policy…suddenly my mbf card was charged for backdated 1 year of transaction…i keep on calling the CS and received the same response everytime…it has been more than 3 months but i don’t see any changes on my monthly statement..smart partnership moto is trully a scam!!! i was wondering any action taken by Ambank after so many complaints???really frustrated by Ambank service…pls do something or u will lose more customers…

    1. Same to me. They charge us backdate, how come insurance can charge backdate?
      Somemore we never agreed to purchase. They charge us twice (My husband and my son)

      Any action plan we can take on this stupid Smart Partnership Motor?

  15. saya bersetuju smart partnership moto is really a scam. In may I call the card centre to stop the premium but until this month the charges still on even my card limit already passed maximum. I am going to write to Bank Negara for further action.

  16. Masalah saya pun sama seperti di atas. Saya pernah memohon utk membatalkan insurans smartpartnership melalui telefon tetapi malangnya potongan masih dilakukan. Tambahan potongan melebihi had maksimum kad. Pihak ambank sepatutnya memantau dan memaklum kepada pelanggan. Saya akan memaklum kepada pihak Bank Negara untuk di ambil tindakan.

  17. Same thing happen to my husband, he never agreed to buy this insurance. We did request Smart Partnership Motor and Ambank provide us the conversation that my husband agreed to buy, however they cant give us.
    Somemore they charge us twice and claim that the charge is for my husband and my son.
    We only aware the transaction from May’s statement, they charge us from last yr 2015, each transaction twice.
    We did make complaint and requested Ambank immediate stop the payment. Secondly, We did proceed to Ambank counter to lodge complaint. However, on Sept statement, still charge us for this stupid transaction RM 30 X 2 . OMG !!
    Anyone have any idea? I am thinking to contact Bank Negara Malaysia.

  18. Despite the fact that I have called the center many times but no action taken.

    This has been ongoing for months now and its like a marriage vow, till death do us part.

    I have just received my statement and the record shows I have been deducted twice…again.

    Why there are so many complaints from Malaysian on Smart Partnership Moto and mostly requesting to cancel the policy BUT NO ACTION TAKEN.

    Lastly, we will not hesitate to bring this matter to Bank Negara and perhaps take legal action.
