    1. I cannot reach a human being at this as airline regardless of the tel numbers provided on web site etc .I’ve been trying for two entire days. Guess like every thing else here in America quality has gone down. Best to book travel to Ireland with a major cartier who understands customer service. How antiquated! Frustrating!

      On Aug.10,2019,we returned from Dublin to Boston EI137. We have always been satisfied traveling economy. We were upgraded to 1st class which was an amazing surprise and treat
      for us. The flight attendants spared no detail in their attention.
      What amazed us was the interaction the attendants had with their passengers. It was such an overwhelming experience, and
      we wish to thank Aer Lingus for this very appreciated opportunity.

  2. I have been waiting for 3 months for resolution on an Aer Lingus refund claim. The closest I got was one month ago when I received an email telling me not to write again as they are dealing with a lot of enquiries. No further updates since then. As someone who runs luxury hotels, and I know my guests have a choice. Does Aer Lingus really not care about their customers, because I also have a choice!

    1. It is terrible! I got an email like you telling me not to write again! Tried calling Dublin airport and the girl there told me they (Are Lingus web help desk) cannot contact customer service either…..how flipping convenient! I am suppose to be refunded for a flight and car rental due to Are Lingus canceling flight…..awful service!

  4. I have called the USA phone number for help with a disability concerning a flight from Boston to Dublin on may 5 , 2007. I have called multiple times on various days without ever getting anybody on the phone. I have held for up to 45 minutes each time. I am convinced nobody works there. Please note I can document all the calls since they have been made on my cell phone. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER?

  5. After purchasing a Business Class Ticket in March for a flight from Newark to Dublin in August, I checked in and after a 4 hour delay tried to board. Was told by gate agent my seat had been cancelled and resold. “Maybe” they could find a coach seat. They did, but to further punish me, lost my luggage. Appeared about 24 hours later.
    No apology from Aer Lingus, no refund, only a series of computer-generated e-mails stating that they would get to my email and don’t write again.
    This is Irish service, I suppose. Instead of dragging me out of my seat, they refused to let me on.

I am on a world business class ticket Yesterday I travelled from Dublin to Heathrow and as I am of small stature I have 2 suitcases so as I can manage my luggage I checked both bags in and was charged 35 euro I am really angry at your airline as I could have done what most people did and taken1 bag on board For a business class ticket holder you company needs to amend its policy

  9. I would like to speak to someone who is charge of lost baggage. My bag has been missing since 9/10 and each time I get an update it conflicts with the previous status. The customer service for baggage is terrible!
