My daughter worked at your Mesquite location but I made her quit today 5-6-17 because when I picked her up I noticed her eyes were red and she admitted she had smoked weed with people at work, she would not say who but I hoe that you will start doing random drug test on employees including management, she said her managers know because they see her after she does it. She was a party host wich is even worse

  2. Very unprofessional rude management.

  3. Had the worst experience I have ever had on March 9. My daughters birthday party was ruined. I paid over 600 dollars for a party for more than 30 plus people. Another customer at the go carts became beligerent with my stepmother. The female and her spouse began shouting call us ” Niggers”, ” We kill niggers for a profession and I will Kill all of you” My children present for the whole ordeal. This grown woman pushed on of my family members who happened to be a 10 year old boy.
    Of course the situtation was heated. After the woman noticed that she had offended more individuals with her hate speech became scared and called the police to play the victim. The police came on scene. Of course staff sided with this woman and her husband not only because there were more of us, but because a majority of my party was african american. The police listened to my complaint. The general manager wanted both parties to leave. However they refused to give me my money back. I reported how its nice to serve your country overseas and come home and be called a nigger and be threatned to have my family killed. The general manager reported thank you for your service but you are not getting your money back. He refused to give me the corporate number. Even one of the police officers did not support what he saw going on in the establishment. I will tell every single person that I know both civilian and military to never and I do mean never go to this establishment. I have attempted to call several numbers that I have googled but evidently there is no recourse for this type of behavior. My daughters birthday was ruined. I also what like to ask what reasonable and prudent person would spend 600 dollars to make memories with their family and friends to start issues with a complete stranger and loose out and forfeit money that could have been spent on their child???? If I am unable to reach someone within this week I will be consulting with JAG and a civilian attorney if need be.

  4. We arrived at Celebration at 10:30 am on Saturday Sept. 28th in order to beat the heat and the crowds. The salesperson did not seem well trained and needed assistance from someone else…causing a delay. We selected a unlimited go carts. As we approached we noticed it was unmanned but the carts were running. Then 2 attendants approached and told us to wait…they had to CLEAN the track. I’m sorry…you open at 10 and everything should’ve been ready to go. We waited about 15 min. And then were able to ride. Afterwards we wanted to ride again and was told our bands weren’t activated and go back in side. Evidently something was wrong with the system. We waited another 20minutes and I then approached someone asking if we could go ahead and ride. The reply was “ didn’t they tell you to go ahead?” NO they did not. The experience at Celebration is always so negative. You have to wait in line to order food along with those paying for rides, trying to figure out the best deals. The food line should be separate. Also,,….it takes WAY too long for the food . No one notified us it was ready….we had to ask. The mustard, ketchup containers are NASTY. Seems the employees do not really care. This could be a well oiled machine instead it’s a real rusty bucket.
