  1. Trying to be a patron at your Preston Rd Dallas store is a continuing challenge.
Disinterested mgmt, Billy, apparently doesn’t like to hear, deal with cust. complaints
on frequ. OOS’ of basic stuff, be it wine, onion soup (frozen), fondue ( 3 wk season ??)
etc. etc. not the primitive manual order system=root cause. We live in SB CA, great
local TJs, responsive mgmt, ditto Paramus NJ, always busy. You could ‘own’ Dallas
but Lidl and Aldis will blow your doors off with 10% of the staff…If you don’t want to
listen to customers just let the bots take over…Ill just go to Costco twice a week and use
your otherwise, clean, lovely store as the neighborhood 711. This city is the hospitality
center of US retail, your store management staff is clueless. I am the retired ceo of an
east coast supermkt chain, I know these things… I suggest your dm/reg investigate, your
avg transaction is puny, there’s a reason. sincerely, mike. 805-452-6602.dont blame whose…its the ordering process and distinct lack of dust. sensitivity/willingness to please

  2. I was in your store yesterday afternoon in Falls Church,VA. I was in the produce aisle when I fell over an empty box that was in the walkway. I immediately informed the first rep I saw. I asked him to remove the box before someone else falls. He continued to stock dairy products. I informed the Manager on duty about my fall, he wrote down my information. I would like to provide you with pictures of all my bruises due to my fall in your store. Where do I send them?

Very concerned about unleashed dogs (all sizes) riding in store’s shopping carts. These carts hold my unwrapped produce/fruits. I have brought this us in two stores: one located in Union Square NYC; the other in Chelsea (NYC). both managers said they completely understood (but can do nothing except ask customer to remove animal; the other manager said he would wipe down cart (if he could possible know which cart it was). Staff expressed they hear this everyday and customers must report this to Board of Health and Trader Joe’s Headquarters. I have done both and hope someone will take this matter seriously before it results in someone becoming ill or hurt.

  4. Personable, articulate and engaging!

    That’s what James, a Trader Joe’s manager characterizes. I met James today February 18, 2019, at 2:00pm Store #122.

I had handed him a letter which had been posted on your website. The letter makes reference to the need for improved customer service during a previous visit.

If you appreciate nice courteous customer service, then shopping comes very easily.

It makes the day brighter, it leaves a little sparkle.

And you must surround yourself precisely with those things.

James should be recognized as an exceptional manager who sets the gold standard.

I shop daily at the beautiful Bristol Farms Store in Santa Monica also known for unmatched excellence since its grand opening in 2013.

    James meets that profile!

  5. James J Georgusis

I am an orchid collector and would like to purchase your orchids BUT because they do not have names or parentage labels they are considered as orphans by the local orchid societies and cannot be entered in shows and are not eligible for awards. I am sure your suppliers know this. They are beautifully grown and very reasonably priced. If your suppliers would send labels with the plants more of us collectors will by them. Even it is a matter of an additional dollar or two. Food for thought.

  6. Well don’t bother calling it is worthless — you will get a lot of platitudes about how sorry they are but there is nothing they can do — take your business elsewhere it will have a bigger impact than yelling into the wind which is all that happens when you call the above number.
