  1. I have had positive experiences with QVC in the past however recently I have iHAD A TERRIBLE encounter. I purchased a Ninja system from them however NEVER received it. I realized when going through some boxes that I had an unopened QVC box the label on the outside said Ninja system….when I opened it there was a pressure cooker…..I NEVER ORDERED A PRESSURE COOKER!!!! I called them immediately and was advised I had been billed for the ninja cooker until my cc changed and they’ve been trying to collect the balance. I explained the above mention situation and was told they would had my accounts over to corporate and they would reach out to me via email….after a few weeks I called QVC again and was told they see where it’s been handed over but they would send another update to Corp ….its been a MONTH NOTHING NO RESPONSEAT ALL…first off I don’t want this pressure cooker secondly I need to clear up any balances etc….I CANNOT GET ASSISTANCE!
