  2. They are a ripp off of a company. I have been working with them for almost 2 months and they constantly screw up your pay. They are unprofessional and chaotic. They expect you to go above and beyond, but no support from upper management .

  3. The biggest scam is that everyone is a manager. It’s a excuse so They don’t pay over time. You manage no one . The B’s is that it’s your business and you are in charge. You get a hourly pay roll. The entire floor plan is created to scam the customers and make them pay more. The whole sales pitch is a guide to get more out of customers. They start you on the most expensive with the excuse of comfort by color.they are currently hiring, they screwed the old sleepy staff out of half their pay. They lowered the pay and keep screwing up payroll.

  4. Fortunately, I took typing in high school, sixty five years ago. But trying to deal with your customer service Warranty claims is a headache because I can’t mentally jump through the hoops with your downloads, etc.. I purchased a full size Hampton Rhodes mattress and box spring Oct 2017for a guest room. However, our guest early spring didn’t complain about a noisy bed. We discovered this last week when my husband slept on it last week. I called my local store and was directed to the website to file a warranty claim. The process is ridiculous and I spent a full day trying to navigate the system. I really got pissed when the 10 second video was too long. I tried several times, no luck. I refuse to pay $79.00 to have someone come out to assess the problem. I want to speak directly to someone. Don’t tell me to use the mattress expert on Chat. I did that and got no response. I want a new box spring immediately and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get it.
