    Hello – I purchased a mifi devise from you in late Jan. It is faulty. Tech support sent me another battery. The devise is still faulty.       Doesn’t matter how you do it, you belong for life. I cancelled, still got billed for another six months. Then, when I ported the number over to a different provider, they started to double charge me! Contact the BBB (they’re located in Los Angeles) and start a complaint against them.

      Don’t bother calling customer service, they’re ill-trained and just keep parroting lies and inaccuracies over and over.

    This company is a horror show. Their customer service people are incompetent — and, hate to say it, but liars. I was given complete misinformation about my account, plus wrong information as to where to send a complaint.

    They are NOT free!!!!!!!! And at least in the US, they cost more than a reputable carrier with a decent amount of data. I don’t know whether they’ll show this, but this is my personal history. Read and weep — and then tell EVERYONE to NOT USE THEM!

  6. Tried for days to reestablish an account. Changed password twice. Still could not reach support because site would not take password. Called and was transferred a zillion times to different depts. Could hardly understand reps due to thick accents. Finally, just gave up. Will have to go with some go-phone or the like. Found that BBB has tons of complaints. I wonder why!
