I ordered checks from you about 3 weeks ago and they were supposed to be free. You charged me $49.12 which came out of my checking account and now they are telling me In Hugo, it will take up 2 more weeks to get it put back in my account. I find this very unacceptable since I did not authorize a payment to come out of our account. I have had nothing but a mess from you since you took over Bancfirst in Hugo. I have had to change my debit card and it still doesn’t work most of the time. Definitely thinking about changing banks but have been there more than 20 years. It isn’t my fault that the money came out of my account and I think a bank could put it right back and then you get your money from the check place you ordered them from. The bank ordered them for me. I’m definitely not happy with Ameristate bank .
