    I am a holder of a SimplyLife Personal Loan (Acct. No. 10429692SP01001) which was approved last March. Unfortunately, I still haven’t receive the money that your bank has loaned me.

    Due to certain problems that I went through with my previous banks and with your employees, there were delays in the process which made me unable to complete the required documents. I finally managed to get the Salary Transfer letter from my company on August 08 and it was immediately collected by my your, Mr. Anwar Uddin, on the same day. Upon collection, Mr. Anwar told me that the process would take 2-4 days before I could get the loan money. A week has already passed and I still didn’t get anything. Neither is Mr. Anwar replying whenever I ask an update from him.

    Kindly look into this since his lack of proper communication skills is something that I find really disturbing. I’ve had really rough times with your loan department during the process and I am really worried that they may be intentionally delaying the process to pay back all the complaints that I have filed against them before. I would really appreciate it if you could do something to speed up the process as I urgently needed the money.

    In addition, pease notify your credit card department that I will settle all my responsibilities once I receive the loan money. The Salary Credit that was deposited on my Current Account (10429692214001)was held by your bank as payment for my two pending installments for the said loan, which I haven’t received yet, hence I wasn’t able to pay the said credit card on time.

    I am really hoping for your prompt and positive response on these requests. The first five months of banking with you is somewhat a horrible banking experience and I hope you would be willing to do whatever you can to change this impression.
